Lucid dreams occur when you are aware of being in a dream state while asleep. At times, you can even exert control over these dreams, altering people, environments, situations, or storylines. Research suggests various potential benefits of lucid dreaming, including the treatment of nightmares, overcoming fear and anxiety, honing motor skills, and enhancing creativity.
Several small-scale studies have indicated that specific practices or methods can increase the likelihood of experiencing lucid dreams. It is from this inspiration that our project emerges.
